Table design

       When life gives you lemons - create ... a table design :P
Size 80/80 cm.
Well, It is time to make something for me ... So this is a design for my table in the  living room. I love so much Arabic architecture style and that's why my inspiration were many mosques decorations and especially Hassan II mosque in Casablanca, Morocco, which is one of my favorite buildings in the world.
This design is totally mine. I used 1.5 mm, 3mm and 6mm strips wide. Colours - white, champagne, 3 different shades of brown, red and bordeaux 37cm length.

About statistic: approximetely 2700 different elements excluding behive techique, 646 strips 6mm wide, 1686 strips 3 mm wide.

Jewelry box - paper art

As you know I like to experiment new techiques - so here is the new one called paper art - swirls are made by napkins strips 2cm wide and lots of imagination and paints over the box. It is my first attempt so the result is .... :P

Dreaming & traveling ...

I had to make an anniversary card for a lady liking traveling. It should be gifted by eight families so I decided to provide a place for a personal note to all of them. That why I used an accordion card base. I wanted card to look romantic, a lil bit retro dreamy one and to content some kaleidoscope or cicle elements so I made some references to the four seasons - spring blossomed branch, lilac, chrysanthemums and snowflakes on the covers. Here's the result:

Трябваше да направя картичка за юбилей на дама, която обича да пътува. И тъй като ми споменаха, че ще се подарява от осем семейства, реших, че ще е добре за всяко от тях да има място за писане на пожелания.  И така се роди идеята за картичка хармоника.  В общи линии ми се искаше картичката да е мечтателна, романтична, леко ретро  и  да е като някакъв калейдоскоп или кръговрат, затова реших да направя препратки към четирите годишни времена - цъфнало пролетно клонче, люляк, хризантеми и снежинки на кориците. Ето резултата:
